The PSS team is headed by two founding directors, Felicity Smith and Zoe Mills, who are responsible for servicing developers’ project needs. They manage the delivery process and oversee staff on each project to ensure the highest level of service.

- Risk mitigation: Passionate about scrutinising projects and market conditions to identify and mitigate settlement risks.
